About the event
Women in Energy Sector (WIES) founded in 2016, is a voluntary group of professionals of the energy sector working together to promote leadership building, talent management, diversity & inclusion at work place.
The mission of the group is to encourage collaborative working & having a dialogue on different working cultures in the energy sector. It also brings together leaders to share industry knowledge, strategies and experiences on enacting positive organizational change and personal growth.
Need to create a world class awards and recognition platform that supports the recognition of individuals and corporate organizations pioneering several innovative practices and processes, ‘Achievement Awards’ was born. Amongst this our other awards platforms are Felicitation Ceremony of Senior Oil & Gas Professionals & Offshore Achievement Awards (Dubai).
WIES will launch 'Achievement Awards 2020' for Women in the Energy sector to recognize - excellence, distinguished individuals, enterprises, corporations and government agencies that have excelled and thrived to promote diversity, inclusion, change management, innovation, global best practices, leadership and professionalism driving sustainable change.
